I've spent over a decade honing my writing and editing skills through undergraduate and masters coursework in history and a six-year career in financial consulting. I was editor-in-chief of a music/film blog for five years and reviewed college applications at my alma mater. A lifelong lover of language, I've collected an extensive vocabulary. But more importantly, I'm adept at using it to distill concepts big and small into concise prose. I'm also an efficient and thorough copy editor who actually enjoys reviewing all kinds of writing to improve grammar, syntax, and style. In my current full-time position at a fintech startup, one of my many responsibilities is to edit weekly blog posts comprised of dense and technical opinions about financial compliance.
