Cristabelle got her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Mass Communication, with a specialization in Audiovisual Arts, in 2014, from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Caracas, Venezuela). She's originally from Venezuela, but lived in the United States for some of her childhood and, thus, speaks English fluently. She has been establishing herself as a freelance writer in both Spanish and English, developing content for multiple online magazines and websites. Her background is mainly in film and photography. But for the past year, Cristabelle has also been building up experience in the fashion industry, both in the start-up and the retail environment, for wedding fashion and women's apparel, and in multiple roles as well, ranging from stylist, to showroom coordinator, to visual merchandising assistant. Cristabelle believes in the importance of relevant, unique content. Also, she thinks that our multicultural society should be approached as so, and that it takes the right kind of translation to bridge the gap between cultures, and the wrong kind of translation to accentuate it. She will write articles, blog posts, listicles, short stories, screenplays and copy, and she will also edit and translate anything from English to Spanish, or vice versa.
