I've worked as an IT Specialist for an insurance company called AIG Shared Services. My job was mainly composed of account management (provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts for South Africa, Malaysia, and Australia) and compliance reports for the IT department (Makati, Alabang, and Malaysia site). I've also worked as a non-voice Customer Service Representative for Teleperformance, under the project called Orbitz. The team was dissolved when the contract ended and instead of getting re-assigned, I chose to take a few months off from work to write my third novel, Karmic Hearts. When I was done with the manuscript, I've worked as a Customer Service Associate for Radish Fiction, a startup company that launched a mobile app for bite-sized reading of serialized fiction last year. Due to internal dispute and and work politics, the PH team decided to resign. Now, that same team opened a self-publishing business. I am one of the proofreaders and editors of the team. However, it is not a stable job. Aside from this, I am also writing online on a site called Wattpad and have already published four books under Pop! Fiction, a local publishing house under Summit Media. I am knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word because I use them all the time. I also know Outlook but might need a refresher because it's been a while since I used that tool. I am knowledgeable in using Groove, Mantis, Active Directory, and Photoshop. I'm not grammatically perfect but I'm continuously learning to be better in both written and verbal English. I have an open mind so I can be easily taught. I see criticism as an opportunity to learn and to grow. I love learning, even the things that may seem useless to other people. As Albert Einstein once said, "The mind that opens to a new idea never returns to its original size."
