I worked as an advertising Account Manager and at the same time a Media planner for almost eight years in a reputable advertising agency in the Philippines. As an Account Manager my job was to create an advertising plan that will ensure the generation of sales of my clients. As a media planner, my job included preparing and executing cost effective media plans for my clients. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines. My responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative were: credit card activation and cancellation, attend to billing related inquiries, update customer information and sell credit card protection products and services. I also did several typing, data entry, content writing and transcription jobs. I am a highly proficient typist who keys an average of 80 wpm without error. I am knowledgeable in Google Docs, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am also an freelance content writer and proofreader.
