I am an Established virtual admin/assistant professional with five years' experience providing excellent support services to clients. My duty is to assist clients with any administrative tasks they need as follows; To enable me to do the above tasks, I do possess the following competencies and skills; -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in other platforms more so in Homework. -Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP -Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) -Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) -Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills -Excellent time management skills -Solid organizational skills -Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology and a high level of computer knowledge and proven competency in multitasking. Working as a virtual assistant in other platforms, I have managed to gain more insight and gain more confidence in service delivery to clients and able to effectively communicate with customers using a multitude of channels to provide world-class service with every interaction. I have managed to work successfully as a team member and as an individual contributor. I have documented an increase in client retention by delivering a fully-integrated customer service solution and hope to do more as I get other clients in the future.
