During my employment with the Sultanate of Oman Civil Aviation Authority Senior officials from Plessey Radar Limited United Kingdom has visited the Minister of Civil Aviation for finalization of the Radar installation. They did not have legal assistant to prepare a formal Memorandum of Understanding between the United Kingdom and Sultanate of Oman for purchase and installation of the radar equipment at the Seeb International Airport. The drafting and finalization of the Agreement between them was completed by me within a day single-handed and was greatly appreciated by all concerned.
