Responsibilities for transaction support
• Oversee the team's daily activity
• Guide team members to provide best customer service
• Escalate issues related to procedures, systems and workflow to Team Leader
• Help Team Leader to enhance team's capabilities and efficiency • Support customer service calls to assist customers and Bank employees with product questions and online system troubleshooting
• Responsible for the overall performance of the team's KPIs, metrics
• Define timing, tools and process for collecting updates across the integration team relating to progress on key activities, deliverable completion, issues, decision status
• Support the M&A Transaction Services team in preparation of financial
analysis using spreadsheet and data analytical techniques
• Gather and pre-processing of information (financial data, accounting records
and financial statements) • Ensure maintenance of OFAC and sanctioned party databases and pass
judgment on potential hits
Qualifications for transaction support
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with Clients and internal teams/business partners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including conducting
presentations • Client service experience within Financial Services, ideally Investor Services
• Proven track record in leading initiatives, managing cross-functional
relationships, coaching staff
• Investor & Treasury service operations experience in Custody preferably
Transaction Management
• Provide a high level of customer service, consistent
