I have experience working as a Marketing Associate dealing with the planning and execution of print, online, and email advertising. This position dealt heavily with copy editing and proofreading. My proofing pen was both sought after and feared by my coworkers! Developing the right voice is critically important with the written word. It has the power to either draw in or repel your audience. Apart from advertising work, I have developed and written workplace training manuals for positions I have previously held and I write creatively in my spare time. I am a native English (American/US) speaker. I "realize" that will be a plus for some, but accept the "realisation" that is a downside for others. (A little North American vs. World grammar humor.)
