As a Harvard-educated, published author, I love words, writing, and helping put complex ideas into understandable—entertaining—morsels. I can explain anything from quantum physics concepts (did you say Double Slit Experiment?) to hydrogenated fats (first, imagine a chain of carbon…) in “plain English.” I’ve had two non-fiction books published, one on parenting, and the other on mindfulness and spirituality. I’ve also published a wide variety of articles in magazines and journals, from recipes and insights on cooking/health, to technical costing and liability issues for IEEE (the world’s largest technical professional organization). I’ve edited considerable copy for a broad range of clients, from CEO’s to college and college-bound students. I speak Spanish, intermediate French, and still enough Chinese to connect and enjoy a delightful conversation with very-surprised native speakers (I’m blond, so expectations are low in that department).
