I am looking for someone help my company fill open positions. We are looking for someone to be proactive in helping us find qualified candidates for our positions. This includes reaching out to people via linked in, posting job ads on social media, searching through resumes and contacting potential candidates. I am not necessarily looking for a recruiter. I am looking for someone who can help drive leads to my jobs.
