Record

• Upload bank transactions (Bank Feed/ Manual Importation) 
• Record Sales Record Bills and expenses 
• Record Loan Match existing bills and expenses to bank statement lines 
• Record Cost of Goods of Good Sale

Reconcile

• Reconcile bank and credit card statement balances to XERO Balances

Review

• Ensure that all bank accounts and credit cards have been reconciled 
• Ensure that there are no uncleared transactions in the accounts transactions tab 
• Review old balances in the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts 
• Review Profit and Loss for unusual or unexpected balances 
• Review Balance Sheet report for unusual or unexpected balances 
• Investigate unusual balances

Revise

• Make corrections and adjustments based on the review process

Restrict

• Close the books in XERO to prevent accidental changes to the books.
