I have spent the last 15 years honing my yoga practice and the last 6 sharing it with students of all experience levels. I work with injured, disabled, and ill students to allow them to learn at their own pace, away from the pressure of the studio and the life long practitioners who can make a beginner feel embarrassed to attend class. I also work at several local studios with the focus on mind/body connection, awareness, and one on pure esthetic. I believe in fitness.
