As I'm very obsessed with doing Yoga, the changes I made during the years are truly significant. I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for a long time and have received the certificate as a Yoga Teacher from Patanjali Yogpeeth. Now, I am enjoying, guiding, and conducting the variety of free yoga classes to the participants (Yoga Sadhaks), and my ultimate goal is to teach yoga to the people and make their lives better and happier.
