Practicing Yoga, and related disciplines, for the past 30 years, I think I'm qualified enough to write on this ancient science, and related topics from my own experience. Doing so, it may help many who are starting exploring this ancient Path, so present in today's time. On my journey of learning yoga, I had the opportunity to spend ten years with a master of this science on a daily basis, and learn the same way like it was in the time of the Vedas; orally. At the present time the stress has become a major cause of many diseases, this science of Yoga certainly has a place in the life of every individual, more than at any time before this, let's call, modern age.
