I've been to every corner of Zoho CRM (ie: not Creator or HR).
As a pre cursor to working with zoho, as a Data Engineer I first worked with Zoho CRM API for about 2 years.
There after I've built small and large integrations / automations integrating zoho crm API into external systems using Python.
I also have experience customizing and automating Zoho CRM that include;
- Customizing existing modules / fields
- Creating new custom Modules (as well as exposing new modules to API)
- creating custom workflows
- automatic field population using deluge together with workflow rules or blueprints inside of zoho CRM
- I've also used third party integration such as integrating zoho CRM with gmail / google docs
- I also have experience running automated scheduling inside of zoho CRM
- bulk data exports / backups and updates

While working inside of zoho CRM as a developer I also understand a lot of the shortcomings and limitations.
