Zone Operations: Strategic Planning & Management for Technical Support, Operations & Business Development by supporting sales team. ? Functioned as the zonal In-charge for operations of network with proper coordination with Vodafone- Project, RF, SNOC, TNOC, Zone team, Infra Vendor-INDUS, VIOM , GTL, MTNL, Reliance and sales team for BD and coverage related issues. ? Managing a team including Engineers/Technicians for maintaining SDH, Fiber, RNA 2G/3G & quality affecting alarms sites with minimum MTTR. ? Coordination with deployment team for quality of installation and commissioning activities and take over sites with no service affecting punch points ? Generate trackers to monitor the activities at appropriate frequencies to have effective control on O&M activities, POA for KPI/NQI/MTTR improvement in 2G/3G sites. ? Coordinate with the NOCs (2G, 3G, and SDH) regarding power/Telecom outages. ? Ensuring that all solutions are delivered to the customer and made in a professional manner according to signed SLAs. ? Regular database audits for BTS cell sites, BSC, NODE-B and RNC parameters. ? Supervise/Coordinate, MW commissioning, Antenna Height, Polarization, Azimuth, O/P power, LOS check, Radio ID check with Ericsson Mini Link. ? Location visit with sales team regarding new business market. Providing input to sales team regarding new n/w sites and running sites and comparing calls Traffic of the area which help sales team to develop there market by implementing new business strategies. Providing input to sales team (BM) regarding low traffic capturing sites so as they make strategy to capture market in parallel to other operator.
