Hello Qirjako, I have just made a payment for this part of the work. The only additional improvement I would ask you to do is make sure to make the water project, the foot pump very prominent. Set the foot pump on top of a water well which you have not done yet. You have done a lot of work on this and I am very grateful. Let us go to the next phase now. The church and the community center, those are very simple to execute. Thank you!

Once again, 3D Constructor was fantastic to work with. Great personality, articulate, and most importantly solid structural engineer. Qirjako is well founded in BIM process and applied those fundamental techniques in the design. He provided great suggestions to improve my initial ideas. The final product was professional done and ready for architectural and MEP phases. Being in Revit, the additional phases will be a buildup to the file, resulting in a well-integrated building. Qirjako is on my go to Guru. I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a professional structural engineer with great skills (CAD, Revit, finite mechanism, structural dynamics etc.), then this is your Guru. We started off with numerous sketches to get the overall design concept right. Oirjako made numerous design changes until we were completely satisfied. Through his candid feedback, he made significant improvements to my original idea- truly appreciated that. We all need candid feedback, especially given the financial outlay and potential costs of getting the initial concept wrong. Overall, I’m very satisfied with excellent work and skill sets shown.
