Graham Talent Group, LLC is a full service Recruitment Consulting, HR Management & Talent Advisory firm.

We are a fast growing firm that serves high growth companies. We provide talent sourcing and recruiting services, recruitment system automation, applicant racking system implementation, Diversity Recruiting & Strategy, remote/virtual work policy advisory, setup & management, talent management, development & retention, and build out recruitment teams and departments. We also build and manage HR departments, Place Interim C Suite Executives and HR Consulting.

We also partner with Venture Capital firms to provide a full range of recruitment consulting services to their portfolio companies.

Work Terms

I work Monday through Friday between 8AM and 6PM PST. I am fully capable of working across various time zones. I am available a maximum of 30 hours per week. I require a deposit to begin all work and bill weekly. I give weekly updates and am available via WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet. I have worked with international clients and am comfortable doing so. I am not looking to become an employee. I am an independent contractor with my own company.
