Ajay did a very nice job on the final vector graphic that I needed created. However, Ajay needs to be Sur he asks more questions at the very beginning of each project in the future. This way both parties can be certain he meets expectations. Communications is very important when working remotely. If communications breaks down then it can cause delays and extra work. If you wish to hire Ajay, make sure you are very detailed in the description of what yo want designed and delivered. He is very capable of doing the work but both parties need to make sure they actively communicate from the outset. I would hire him again because the quality his work is very good, but I now know I need to be much more descriptive during the kick-off of the project. Cheers, Randy
