Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
My operational hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York City Time), Sunday through Friday.
Preferred Communication Style:
I value clear and efficient communication. My preferred methods of communication include Direct Message, Zoom video calls, and phone calls.
Payment Terms:
A 50% retainer fee of half the minimum budget is due upon placing the order to initiate the project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Any change orders or additional hours beyond the initial scope of work will be billed separately and are due at the end of the project.
