Ashley is a rare native of Los Angeles, California. She received her B.A. at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and her J.D. at St. Louis University School of Law before returning home to California and passing the California Bar. She has worked in various areas of the law including Employment Law, Entertainment Law, Commercial Transactions, Contracts and Family Law.

Ashley has significant experience in Corporate and Business Law including reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex contracts for large corporations and small businesses, setting up corporations, LLCs and other entities, providing legal advise on every aspect of a transaction and beyond, and protecting and enforcing Intellectual Property.

Along with her legal background, Ashley has vast business experience as she is a business owner herself. Understanding business needs, Ashley prides herself on making her valuable services reasonably priced in the legal market. Working for a large corporation has given her unique experience with balancing legal concerns with business needs.
