Work Terms

1. The client must provide login details to gain FTP access to the website. As per
our norms login information will remain confidential.

2. We have our own strategy in terms of SEO service; we share our work file
with Client every Month.

3. Client must allow us to optimize website and web page content to implement
our work plan. Such changes will have minimum visual impact.

4. We are not responsible and liable for loss of earning, compensation or cost
incurred due to any work carried out by client, on the behalf of client or any
third-party agents appointed by clients.

5. We are not responsible or liable for the behavior, features and content of
third party services.

6. Addition of any service out of the proposal is subjected to additional charges
in accordance to our norms.

7. There will be no refunds of any monies for cancellations request made for
any reason after a cooling period of seven days from the date of order.

8. We place the “logo”, “Company Name” or “Website Hyperlink” on the footer
for all the websites we work on.

9. Electronically generated invoice is emailed to the client after complete
payment is made.

10.We are responsible and committed for the work done for our clients.

11.We may, at any time at our sole discretion modify theses terms and
conditions of use including our privacy policy with or without notice to user.
Any such modification will be immediately effective upon public posting. By
continue to use any of our service after we post any changes, you accept the
Agreement as modified. We usually update our client by sending email on
their registered accounts.
