What started as a lifelong dream officially launched in October 2016 in South Africa, and expanded to the United Kingdom in December 2019. Payment Terms for Graphic Design / Web Design / Printing Services:
The client agrees to pay Bliss by Design 50% upon invoice receipt and 50% upon project completion.
Payment Terms for Social Media Management Services:
The client agrees to pay Bliss by Design upon invoice receipt for the first month’s services or pro rata dates being worked. Thereafter payment is to be made on the agreed monthly payment date standard being the 1st of each month in advance.
Additional payment terms for all services:
Once research, resources allocated or design work has commenced on a project, this deposit is non-refundable. BBD endeavours to provide content and creative services that meet and exceed a client’s needs and expectations, but in the event of a “change of mind” (after a project has commenced) by “The Client”, the initial 50% deposit is forfeited, plus a pro-rata payment will be charged based upon the time spent on the project should the initial deposit not cover the cost incurred.
Payment terms are net seven (7) days from the date of invoice initiation & project completion date.
Fees are considered overdue after 14 days from date of invoice. Any amounts not paid within the fourteen (14) days shall be charged an interest fee of 1% for each month (or portion thereof) any such payment is late.
Should an account fall into arrears past 14 days, services will be suspended until such time as the account is brought up to date.
After 21 days of non-payment, without any agreement being made, the agency reserves the right to terminate all services with the client indefinitely.
