I am a practicing chartered accountant graduated from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I have been associated as a managing partner with SRPK & Co. for more than 3 years. More than 5 years of acquaintance in the fields of Accounting, Book keeping, Auditing, Income Tax Return filing, VAT return Filing and G.S.T Return Filing.
I have the requisite skills, resources having work experience with the big 4 consultancy firms in the world and infrastructure to deal with any kind of project or work related to accounting, finance and taxation. I have dynamic Knowledge of US GAAP, IGAAP, IFRS, GST etc.

D) Consultancy on corporate and non corporate tax planning and tax saving instruments. Filing of Annual returns, Balance sheets and Income statement to the company registrar. Drafting of various legal documents and agreements used in the normal day to day business dealings.
E) Providing startups with the complete solutions such registration under companies act, Service tax Act, ROC compliance and more.
F) Conducting Audits of various public sector bank, big corporates , hospitals, educational institutions and manufacturing industries.
