I have held multiple roles in my professional journey but my longest tenure has been with PTC Inc. and its education arm, PTC University. I was one of the seeding members of the team in 2003 when I started working an instructional designer for PTC, developing training modules for customer adoption. This role expanded in 2006 when I started managing the PTC University India development center and hosted various functions within my team since then. We transformed the education business to a SaaS business in 2019-20. PTC University brings in almost 70 Mn $ business contributing to PTC's goal of increasing ARR year on year.
My expertise lies in synthesizing customer needs, successfully creating and implementing strategic business and operational processes to scale development & delivery. Through my experience, I have also become adept in overseeing a wide variety of operational and fiduciary responsibilities to ensure customer success while maximizing profits.
In my role as a site manager in India, I was responsible for a team of almost 140 people from varied functions like instructional design, editing, technical quality, multimedia, localization, publishing, software development, product management, operations & customer support. My team has managed more than 6000 hours of content in 8 languages during peak times.
