I understand the power of determination firsthand, having navigated diverse roles – from front-line positions in developmental and social services to co-owning a home healthcare franchise. This journey has enriched me with a profound understanding of the challenges life can present and the courage required to overcome them.

I can be relatively flexible with my scheduling based on what your needs are and depending on what other contracts I have at the time. Get in touch and we will be able to work something out! Early morning, late afternoon, evenings and weekends are all up for the taking at this point in time! I have strict expectations and boundaries with the individuals who I take on, and will ask you to set your own as well because that will create a healthy foundation for us to build off of going forward, and know that the coaching/mentorship connection is moving in the right direction!
