Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Our business operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. However, we can accommodate flexible working hours upon request and availability.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of the project. A deposit of 50% is required upfront for projects that exceed a duration of one week. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers and PayPal.

Preferred Communication Style:
We value clear and concise communication. We prefer email as the primary mode of communication to ensure that all instructions and project details are documented. However, we are also available for phone and video calls upon request. We strive to respond to all inquiries and messages within 24 hours during our business hours.
