Freelance Graphic Designer

Hi, I'm Noha Elsawaf
A freelance Graphic Designer but before that, I was an operations agent at TLS Company for French Visa and representative of the French Consulate in Cairo. After 3 years, I followed my passion and I decided to learn graphic design. I took a Diploma from the Russian Cultural Center here in Cairo, one of the best centers in Computer and Design. I work as a freelance graphic designer, making brochures, mockups, illustrations, etc.

This is my Career History:
• Account Manager, United Media Services (UMS) - Catalyst Platforms, (December 2019-
Present).
Project “GAWDA”: First Egyptian e-commerce Platform for Egyptian products only.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Prepare reports on account status.
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations in person
meetings.
Build the website from Scratch.
Meet clients to discuss the commission percentages per category and the
guidelines for uploading product photos and description.
• Visa Provider Counter Agent, Tls Contact, (December 2016 – September 2019). Interviewing applicants about their travel purposes and duration.
Drafting feedback to the consulates about the applicants and their
applications.
Comparing the criteria of the documents according to the consulates
default.
Creating a data file for each applicant on the system.
Auditing the quality of the file physically and on the system.
Schengen visa extraction procedures and requirements for different
Embassies "France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Belgium". Transferring the applications and Passports to the following Embassies
(France, Belgium and Denmark).
• French Teacher, École Des Fans, (December 2015 – June 2016).
Developed lessons for beginning and intermediate French.
