I’m an Architect, Landscape Architect and Certified Building Contractor. I have Varies Skills, including Urban Design, Interior Design, Web Development and Internet Marketing.
I'm a golfer but on the side, I like to create beautiful Architecture Designs.
My specialty is 3D. I like to use Sketchup and Lumion for my personal presentations. I’ve been selling my design work for over 22 years and have a lot of work built. Of course, it usually starts with AutoCad (I’m expert level). I’ve been using Chief Architect lately to get the 3D (and even 2D) base of my project for visualization.
Work Terms
I’ve worked all over the Lower 48 States and have a vast experience for my age at 35. I work primary out of the San Francisco Bay Area where I live now. I’m young enough still to work many hours a week where we could begin a consistent relationship with 10 – 20 hours of work a week for your projects. I’d like to take you to next level with my high skill level. I’m reasonably priced for this skill set, but I know how valuable I can be in this Industry.
To prove that, I’ve been working for a Builder (for a few years) that lived half-away across the country, and he decided to move my family to the beautiful bay area of California to work full time. I’m still a freelance contractor and still paid like one, giving me the flexibility to work for other Contractors or Architects. That’s where we can help each other out!
