Hi Sharren Baisden here, mindset coach and change consultant. I passionately believe that people are at the heart of all successful change.Change can be exhausting, its busy, hectic and its usually fast paced. Somewhere during all that you are supposed to influence people to adopt, engage and accept the change. What you need is a tribe of supporters championing your corner, bringing others into the fold and growing the hunger. What you don’t need is conflict, resistance, arguments and even more stress to deal with. I aim to deliver a mindful approach to change management built from over 20 years of first hand experience, giving you the tools and techniques to create healthier emotional connections for increased success.
