I am an experienced Change Management expert with over 9 years of proven success in driving organisational transformation for Fortune 1000 clients. I pair my solid technical expertise in change management with a creative twist and my ability to create powerful storytelling around change.

Starting my career in Human Resources has given me a deep grasp of what fuels employee engagement and keeps motivation fired up. My focus lies in shaping a captivating narrative around change that knits teams together and creates a shared language.

I am proficient in conducting change impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and designing effective change deployment and change communication strategies. I have experience designing learning journeys, and utilise my training as a graphic facilitator to whip up dynamic training materials—ranging from engaging videos and mini comics to insightful business infographics. This unique blend of skills is the secret sauce behind my impactful approach to change management. Finally, I have experience creating and following up on change metrics to ensure we stay on target and measure performance of change activities throughout the project.

One of my significant achievements was assisting a major French bank in deploying an IT transformation program across multiple locations and 4,000 employees. The challenges included teams being spread out across different office locations, complex chains of operations, and the presence of multiple stakeholders with sometimes competing interests. I conducted a comprehensive change impact analysis, designed a stakeholder engagement strategy, and coached senior managers to lead the change. I deployed a structured change management methodology, created effective channels for feedback, and designed and delivered a communication plan. Additionally, I employed my graphic facilitation skills to create captivating training materials that resonated with the employees, driving successful adoption.

I am also experienced at designing and facilitating gamified workshop activities that drive results.
