My professional experience includes a unique blend of business management, information technology, computer software, and computer hardware skills. I have broad experience in the computer industry, with proficiency in software, hardware diagnostics, and user training.

I have applied these skills in both the public and private sector. My recent experience includes the Bureau of Land Management, Kaiser Permanente, The Standard Insurance, and Cambia Health.

I have produced a variety of manuals and guides for a diverse audience that covered End-user manuals, service and engineering documentation. and hardware and software technical manuals.

My experience includes training course development and teaching classes covering basic computer theory, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management, database design, organizational development, and marketing at the University of Phoenix and at Pioneer-Pacific College.

Work Terms

I am available from 6:000 AM PST until 9:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday.
