1.PLC System Revamp and New Commissioning(Control-Logix, CompactLogix, SLC and PLC-5)

2.VFD/Drive Expert Multi drive application (AC/DC Drives AB/Rockwell make)

● Paper :-Paper Machine and Pulp Mill.

● Steel :-Continues Galvanizing Line, Colour Coating Line, Pickling Line, HR-Slitter.

● Tire Industries :- Curing Press, Tire building machine

● Cranes Application :- EOT Crane (Hoist Application), Multipurpose Crane application

● Baking Furnace system:- (Multipurpose Cranes -Make NKM and FAFECO) Extrusion Press, Puller System ,Sniff Degassing system, Ingot casting machine.

Work Responsibilities are as follow:-
● System Designing, Hardware Selections and Pre- sales support.
● Responsible for Designing New PLC program and corrections in existing PLC program. Responsible for designing HMI & SCADA Systems.

● Drives revamp & commissioning, simulating and testing automated machinery system. Generating and maintaining device reports on various communications medium.

● Handled the task of supporting continuous improvement projects at multiple manufacturing plants Sections.

● Input-output mapping and testing and maintaining input-output lists and Process related documents.
● Execution of FAT, SAT and Commissioning & Project Documentation’s.
