I am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and Project Management Professional with more than 11 years of extensive and in-depth experience in Business Process Improvement and Re-Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Management (Agile and Non-Agile), Performance Improvement, Strategic Planning, Business and Operational Excellence, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Change Management, Business and Digital Transformation specializing in Human Resources, People Advisory and People Operations.

My Core Responsibilities are :

HR Transformation – including all elements from the design of HR operating models including shared services, center of excellence, organization design, incorporating new HR digital technologies and the overall improvement of HR process efficiency
Global HR - assist and support the organization in the implementation and simplification of the HRIS systems to improve HR Service Delivery (employee self service options and incident management and reporting of all HR issues), manage employee life cycle (hire to retire), track personal and employment information, create job structures, manage employee documents, and predict performance and attrition with a single solution.
Talent Management - develop and implement solutions and strategies to improve and simplify the following processes : Talent Acquisition (sourcing and recruiting to on-boarding new hires), Performance Management (rewards and performance improvement), Career Development, Talent Review, Succession Management and Learning and Development processes.
Workforce Management – develop and implement solutions to design and effective and efficient workforce management strategies to control labor costs, reduce manual processes, and simplify compliance for all of your employees, globally.
Workforce Rewards - attract and retain the right talent and drive value through a differentiated workforce rewards strategy. Implement solutions to maximize the accuracy of payroll and compensation data using
