Understanding the challenges of transformation becomes essential, such as accompanying managers, developing them so that they become vectors of meaning, producers of collective intelligence, able to stand up in the face of technological, corporate or societal turbulence that strikes them.

I am graduated from Sciences Po - Master in history at Paris la Sorbonne.
I have been a manager at Andersen Consulting (later Accenture) then I founded my 1st consulting company and merged it with an IT firm.
I was a Director at IDRH (French consulting company) and then I founded Axant, the company I am still working in as a change management specialist and leadership development professional.
I also founded MagNet, an innovative leadership development journey for managers.
I am member of the “Premium Peers” network – professional community of highly experienced consultants & managers
I am teaching, management, humanities, and English in Sciences Po Paris and in Paris la Sorbonne
I am also an author (5 novels published) and a rock n’roll guitarist

I work on large scale or small scale projects.
For days or hours.
On a 75% of my time basis.

My daily rate is around 2000 USD.
