 Experience in leading and guiding teams to develop and deliver project goals. Roles Performed as Technical Architecture, Technical Team Leader, Technical Consultant and Developer for clients based out of India, (Germany, SA, US, KSA) and India in both onsite and offshore capacities.
 Experience in RICEFW ABAP Developments Data Dictionary, Reports Classical, Interactive and ALV, Enhancement framework, BADIs, User Exits and BAPIs, RFC calls and SAP Scripts, Smart forms Adobe forms, Transactional Programming using Screen Painter, Workflow, IDOCS, REFX (BDT), Proxy, BTE, IBP Cloud Interfaces (HCIDS).
 Extensively managed offshore team of major functional areas as well as technical. Worked as a team leader and managed 10+ people team at the pick size. Grooming the resources and build a strong global integrationteam.
 Effectively interfaced with the clients and proactively came up with the designing solutions and giving inputs for achieving efficient solution that satisfied their business requirements which were appreciated by the clients.
