I initially worked as an applied intern, was very optimistic about work, and assisted whomever I possibly could, especially with graphic designing because I knew I was skilled. I then gained serious recognition from higher-ups and then months later I moved up the ranks to become a junior advisor to a Senior software developer. I couldn't progress further because I had too little experience in the industry. And I was told to indulge in this work environment, that with a couple of years, I would be great.
