I am Dawood, Have my MSc in Manufacturing Engineering and Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. We are construction estimators and material takeoff experts and a project scheduler. We have 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Oil and Gas, Wastewater Treatment plants, High rise steel structures, and Industrial projects. We have completed 700+ projects successfully to date. We are capable to provide accurate and well-formed documentation in a ready-to-bid manner. We have great expertise in how to extract accurate information from project specifications and plans. Our software of choice for construction management activities are Planswift, Accubid, BlueBeam, Primavera P6, Cubit Pro, Microsoft Project.

We are experts in our field and bring a lot to the project by using the right tool for the right task as per our experience and project requirements, this makes us unique in what we are offering.

We will detail review the project drawings and specifications. We will provide accurate estimates, material take-off, and well-formed documentation required to Bid. Prepare all the necessary documentation and hand over the complete Bid package to the client.

We will prepare estimates as per the regional pricing and give you accurate numbers as per material, labor, and equipment costs for the project.

We can help our client in the preparation of project submittals, project schedule, procurement Management. We will review the submittals against the project specifications and drawings to ensure the right products being submitted or ordered. We can also help our client in preparation of Project shop drawings.

We are experts in AutoCAD Designing. We can also help you in the preparation of preliminary project drawings.
