Prior to freelancing full-time, I'd already experienced working in a variety of capacities and industries, from customer services to mid-level executive and then Project Manager for a Software Development Firm.
Transitioning to Freelancing wasn't easy, but I will never regret it. At first, it was outright overwhelming. This is not a 9-5 job, there are times when financial difficulties arise, I've had the perks of working with some very professional and courteous people on very interesting projects. Yet the misfortune of fraudulent customers. But I haven't let a few bad experiences phase me. in fact, I have streamlined my approach to any task I take on.
I am a digital nomad and travel frequently. Yet no matter where in the World I am, you can expect the highest level of quality and support.
I've combined my customer service skills with my technical abilities to build rapport and long-term business relationships with my client base and am willing to go above and beyond to deliver. Even if it means losing sleep or running the risk of burnout.
