We don't have to be perfect to start, we have to start to be perfect. And my journey starts now.

I have work experiences in the BPO industry as Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support where I have succeeded in mastering a wide array of skills and knowledge. I have supported customers, clients and partners through calls, email, and chat as well, and I am very proud of my multi-tasking skills. The clients that I worked with were mostly based on US, Canada, and Australia and in my 3 years in the industry, I have developed strong communication skills. This has also given me the chance to learn many things from the Travel, E-commerce, to the Real Estate Industry as well. Although I've learned many things, I can say that I am still willing to learn a lot more so I can continue to expand my knowledge. After all, being a fast learner is one of my strong points and learning things only makes us better at what we do. I have solid analytical and critical thinking skills as well that has lead me to become a Top Performer. With these skills that I'm still working on improving and my drive to become even better at what I do, I will continue to deliver and exceed expectations. With regards to my free time, I prefer to stay at home to play video games, watch movies and read books instead of going outside so I guess that's my idea of fun.

Work Terms

I would love to have a stable work-from-home online job that is 40+ hours a week work schedule on any timezone, I guarantee you following your timezone will never be an issue with me.
