Out of curiosity, He called his old friend Pratik from Odisha Discussed the matter and came up with a Solution that later boosted 37+ Local Businesses. Aaseem & Pratik Decided to start their firm from the name of ITxSential carrying out recruitment in Odisha, Chandigarh & Delhi. Selected a total of 16 Team Members. Each of them specialized in their respective fields. All team members are young, Creative, and Dedicated to work. With 4 Years of Experience of Running an IT Business Aaseem Knew what steps are to be taken and started working offline in Chandigarh and boosted 27 Businesses only in Chandigarh and Pratik with 3 Years of Experience running his IT Business also knew how to target the potential client and boosted 10 Businesses locally.
Later, Pratik with his experience left ITxSential to pursue his passion for Photography, Aaseem further expanded his business area from National to International as an Outsourcing hub for foreign Countries.
