Writing with Passion
I am a professional author, business writer and copy writer based in Perth Western Australia. I have over 25 years’ experience in writing for a range of companies from different genres of industry, producing Internal Procedure Manuals, Terms of Business, Sales Literature, Adverts and Articles, Business Plans and Website Copy.
I have worked under contract for Anthem software writing 300 to 400 word articles for their client, a major bank with a new leasing web portal. This entailed carrying out all research into the topics and equipment to be described then writing the article as an informative piece.
One of the more interesting contracts was with a recruitment operation, Nifnex who produced their own magazine for small to medium sized businesses. I was tasked to interview these small business owners for the magazine to look at what made them successful and what failures they had along the way. This was information for new business owners looking at start-ups or struggling companies that needed a little assistance and guidance.
I have completed work for a number of smaller clients such as 'Illuminance Solutions', (www.illuminancesolutions.com.au) a Christian web Development Company in Perth. I have also designed six direct sales letters for a cleaning operation in Perth and a major business proposal for a vehicle repair franchise company in the Northern Territory.
One of the longer contracts I was involved with was for an online travel and advertising company called 'Welcome2Australia. This included writing a large amount of their online content for new locations that they were adding to their site over a period of almost 18 months.
In the past, I have written a large number of client articles for 'BLOO' a local online search facility in WA and full specification brochures for a property investment company.
I am available for article, mailshot and content writing projects and always complete my work on time and within budget.
Work Terms
As a writer, I don't work to any specific operational times. I am a writer therefore I write, anytime, anywhere, it is my passion and I am at my happiest when I am sitting in front or a computer or in a coffee shop with a pad and a pen, just writing. Rates are negotiable depending on the project.
