I have worked on International Passenger cruise ships for 13 years. As a Receptionist for 9 years, we are the first point of contact of Passengers. We assist Guests with routine queries and where possible, provide resolution to problems. Act as central point of reference for shipboard information and services offered to guests. Facilitate the flow of information to departments in order to ensure awareness of guest issues and assist in resolving any problems. As Crew Purser for 5 years, I coordinate with the Port Agents for documentation needed to prepare to have a smooth Clearance process. I also manage all crew related matters such as documentation, administration, berthing and signing on and off procedure.
I have decided to transition my career into remote work. I took an Amazon masterclass last year that teaches the step-by-step process and techniques on how to help Amazon Sellers.

Work Terms
I can do up to 40 hours per week of work. Terms of payment can be weekly to be sent to my PayPal account. Way of communication can be through my Gmail, slack or WhatsApp.
