i have worked in IT for 18 years for some of the biggest companies in the field (MIcrosoft, EDS/HP, Perot Systems/Dell) as well as other large corporations in different professional fields.
I specialise in messaging/email technologies but also work with many other technologies such as Linux, Mac OS, Apple iOS for mobile devices, versions of Office from 2000 through 2016, & QuickBooks. I am just as comfortable working with engineers on their servers as i am when working with end users on their issues. I enjoy ensuring all issues are handled end-to-end. I have been told I have an ability to make incredibly complicated technical concepts understandable for anyone, regardless of their level of knowledge on that subject.
Work Terms
i have a 9-5/Mon-Fri job for a major airline but am currently looking to work with businesses that need my unique talents to help keep their IT infrastructure in order.
My response-time to received email or text messages is never an issue during my work days.
