Licensed Civil Engineer having a 4-year work experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a multinational qs consulting company and local general contracting company.
I have a good knowledge in cost planning and preparation of Bill of Quantities for various types of projects (landscape, bridges, tunnel, road, residential and commercial buildings) using NRM2, POMI and CESMM3. Also, I have been involved in pre-contract works and post-contract works including (but not limited to) cost plan quantification, cost estimates, tender analysis, variation orders for reconciliation with the contractors and evaluation of contractor’s claims. With the above experiences, I gained an in-depth hands-on exposure to construction methodologies and on-site execution with comprehensive understanding on the planning, financial and construction aspects of a project from start to finish.
I am known for my strong work ethic and I have the ability to work under pressure without sacrificing the quality of the deliverables while effectively collaborating with teams of varying sizes.
I graduated with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and to further enhance my insight on the construction industry and improve technical expertise at a much larger scale I pursued and finished my MS degree in Construction Management.
Work Terms
