Hello, my name is Czhienee Loureine Venturillo, a 23-year-old currently residing in the Philippines. With a passion for excellence and a drive to continuously learn and grow, I am excited to share my diverse work experience with you.

I began my professional journey as a Customer Service Representative, where I had the opportunity to work for a year in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. This role sharpened my communication skills and taught me the art of active listening and problem-solving. I learned how to handle various customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism. This experience has equipped me with the ability to adapt to different situations, work effectively in a team, and consistently deliver exceptional service.

Driven by my desire to explore the vast world of digital media, I transitioned into freelancing as a Social Media Manager. As a Social Media Manager, I developed and implemented effective strategies to engage target audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive user engagement. Work Terms

Position: Virtual Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation:
My hourly rate is $5 per hour.

Work Schedule:
As a full-time employee, I will adhere to the standard hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Communication:
I prefer electric mail as the primary method of communication for work-related matters. Electric mail allows for effective communication, documentation, and reference, enabling clear and efficient exchanges.
