I am a former Data Collection Associate in DFERN BPO Solutions. My main responsibility is to collect target data required in assigned project or tasks. 90% of the tasks is contact collection in different universities to be uploaded in a system. I am also tasked to do data research on evidences or data submitted to prove that the data submitted is accurate for rankings.

When I was starting in this company, My first responsibility was to manage an online community through a website content management system. I make sure that all the posts for approval are being reviewed carefully before being posted in the forum. I resolve all reported comments or threads that might harm the community.

As an additional part time task, I am also responsible in uploading, editing and publishing ads for a major global jobs board.
