We are a legal services network of independent law firms and individual attorneys combined with a non-litigation practice that caters to the legal services needs of individuals, communities and businesses.

We are also committed to gender diversity, with circa 50% women litigation partners from the first day of our existence. We actively promote business relationship among start-ups and small businesses and invest in the success of those who try without the fear of failures.

We do not have a storied history and our advocates are not among those known names who have acquired a cult status in advocacy. But our attorneys and lawyers get the work done.

Out network lawyers are spread across Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and Ahmedabad. We also have access to attorneys in other cities like Hassan, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Gaziabad and Vadodara.

Work Terms

We work in optimally sized teams that provide efficient and cost effective service to our clients.

Our pricing constructs try to steer away from billing our clients for non-productive partner time or even consultant time. We attempt to quote fixed fees for transactions that have well defined boundaries and outcomes.

Our Administrative and Legal Case Management fees are a very small fraction of our litigation costs.

We make extensive use of technology and audio/video conferencing to stay connected with remote clients.
