Over 30 years of experience researching genealogy and family history in the United States. Emphasis on the Midwest states and U.S. military research. Most recently, have worked to interpret consumer DNA results and building DNA match trees, assisting clients locate biological relatives.

I started researching at the age of 10 and spent hours and hours each school vacation in historical societies and libraries paging through old microfilm. Since then I have researched and documented not only my own lines, but those of my husband, several friends and clients. Currently, I am personally researching 20 separate trees, as well as client work. From 17th century New England to 21st century adoption research, it seems I have dabbled a bit in it all.

I am currently in the process of preparing my portfolio for review by the Board of Certified Genealogists. Upon approval, I hope to have earned my Certified Genealogist title.
