My name is Melody Tolentino, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. I have been working as a Physical Therapy for about seven years, handling different medical cases and as well as handling different patients personality. As a medical provider part of my job is to do paper works this includes, patients initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress reports, endorsements, monthly census and monthly reports
My years of experience gives me a wider look on how to communicate with different people for example, by introducing my self to the patients giving them a piece of information regarding there illness.
